Privacy policy

1. Data controller

The MatchIntel service at https://matchintel.pro is operated by Sole proprietor Dmitriy S. Burmistrov, taxpayer ID 623011934141. Contact for privacy requests: info@matchintel.pro.

2. Data we process

We process only the data needed to provide the service: account email, optional name, password hash, language, favourite teams, subscription and payment metadata, report usage, support messages, security events, IP address, user-agent and technical logs. We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data or biometric data.

3. Purposes

  • account registration, login, email verification and password reset;
  • subscription activation, limits, billing, receipts and accounting;
  • support, service notices and fraud prevention;
  • security, diagnostics, analytics and service improvement;
  • compliance with legal obligations.

4. Cookies and local storage

The website may store an authentication token, language preference and technical session data in browser storage. If analytics is enabled, Yandex Metrica or similar tools may set cookies to measure traffic and interface quality.

5. Service providers

We may use hosting, email delivery, acquiring, fiscal receipt and analytics providers. Payment card data is processed by the acquiring provider and is not stored by MatchIntel. AI providers receive match and report context; we do not intentionally send account passwords, payment card data or sensitive personal data to AI prompts.

6. Retention

Account and subscription data is stored while the account exists and then for the period required for support, accounting, security and legal obligations. Technical logs are kept for a limited period needed for diagnostics and abuse prevention.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, blocking, deletion of personal data, withdrawal of consent or clarification of processing by writing to info@matchintel.pro. We may ask you to confirm account ownership before processing the request.

8. Security

We apply access controls, password hashing, TLS, operational logging and restricted administrative access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data.
